Refund policy

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email support@thepridecolors.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Lost package
If your order is lost in transit, we'll send a new one free.

Changing your mind
We can't offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. Personalized items can't be cancelled or refunded once we've started making them.

Cancellations and address changes
Email us within 24 hours of ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it or fix the address.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post them.
